Sludge Removal Services – Maintenance Of Runway Ditches. Lokeren Has Approximately 250 Km Of Canals That Must Be Maintained By The City. This Concerns Canals Located Along Public Roads And Land Consolidation Roads. Since The Merger With Moerbeke-Waas, The Citys Territory Has Become Larger; However, This Extension Does Not Affect The Scope Of Performance. The Annual Amount Of Runway Ditches That Need To Be Cleared Remains Unchanged. The Order In Which The Canals Are Cleared Is Determined By The Technical Service. The Aim Is To Achieve Periodic And Structured Maintenance Of The Track Canals. The Implementation Period Runs From The Conclusion Of The Contract Until December 31, 2026. The Possibility Is Provided To Extend This Basic Assignment Twice For One Year Each Time (2027 And 2028), Subject To Favorable Evaluation And Explicit Approval By The Board. If It Is Decided Not To Extend The Assignment, The Contractor Cannot Claim Compensation For This.
