Electricity – Supply Of Electricity. The Subject Of Procurement Is The Supply Of Electricity. The Electricity Offered Must Contain A Minimum Of 50% Electricity From Renewable Sources. In Order To Stimulate The Production Of Energy From Renewable Sources So That It Becomes More Competitive With Energy Obtained From Conventional Sources And To Encourage The Construction Of New Sources Of Renewable Energy And Achieve Sustainable Development, The Client Has Determined That The Electricity Must Contain The Above-Mentioned Minimum Percentage Of Electricity From Renewable Sources. Renewable Energy Sources Are Renewable Non-Fossil Energy Sources, I.E. Wind Energy, Solar Energy, Aerothermal, Geothermal And Hydrothermal Energy, Sea Energy, Water Flow Energy, Energy From Biomass, Gas From Waste Landfills, Gas From Wastewater Treatment Plants And Biogas (Act On The Electricity Market, Narodne Novine, Number 111/21, 83/23, 17/25). As A Confirmation Of The Fulfillment Of The Conditions On The Origin Of Electricity, The Selected Bidder (Supplier) Is Obliged To Submit To The Customer A Valid Certificate From The Register Of Guarantees Of Origin Of Electricity, Issued By An Independent Authority For Issuing Guarantees Of Origin Of Electricity, Which Confirms That At Least 50% Of The Delivered Electricity (That Is, The Amount - The Percentage Of Electricity Specified In The Bid Of The Selected Bidder) Is Produced From Renewable Energy Sources. The Selected Tenderer (Supplier) Must Submit The Certificate Of Origin Of Electricity To The Client In Accordance With The Methodology For Determining The Origin Of Electricity (Official Gazette 133/14, 127/19). In Case Of Non-Delivery Of The Required Certificate, I.E. In The Case That The Selected Tenderer (Supplier) Does Not Prove With The Submitted Certificate That The Percentage Share, Specified In The Tender Of The Selected Tenderer, Of The Delivered Electricity Is Produced From Renewable Energy Sources, The Said Action Will Be Considered A Breach Of Contractual Obligations, On The Basis Of Which The Client Reserves The Right To Activate The Guarantee For The Orderly Fulfillment Of The Contract And To Undertake Further Activities In Accordance With Other Positive Regulations Regulating The Area In Question. The Body Responsible For Issuing Guarantees Of Origin Of Electricity In The Republic Of Croatia Is The Croatian Operator Of The Energy Market D.O.O. (Shouts). Bidders Are Obliged To Attach To The Bid A Statement That After The Execution Of The Contract On Public Procurement Of Goods, They Will Deliver To The Client A Guarantee Of The Origin Of Electricity, From Which It Will Be Clear That The Share Of Electricity Specified In The Bid Is Produced From Renewable Energy Sources, (The Form Of The Statement Is Attached To This Don).
