The Subject Of The Order Is: Modernization Of The 1.5 T Magnetic Resonance Device Along With The Execution Of Accompanying Construction And Installation Works In The Rooms Of The Department Of Radiology. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Referred To As The Ffu) And The List Of Technical Parameters, Warranty Conditions, Service And Training - Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 3. The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Read Together With Any Changes To The Content Of The Document, E.G. Resulting From Answers To Contractors Inquiries. 4. The Delivery In Question Is Financed As Part Of The Project Entitled: Development Of Oncological Competence Centers Based On Innovative Diagnostic And Therapeutic Techniques As Part Of The National Reconstruction And Immunity Plan - Component D Efficiency, Availability And Quality Of The Health Care System Which Is An Element Of The Investment Investment D1.1.1 Development And Modernization Of The Infrastructure Of Highly Specialized Care Centers And Other Medical Entities And The Ordering Partys Own Funds. 5. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Contract Award Procedure In A Situation Where It Has Not Obtained The Necessary Funds For The Planned Project.
