The Subject Of The Order Is To Update The Documentation Of The Conservation Tasks Plan (Pzo) Together With The Preparation Of Environmental Studies For The Natura 2000 Site Czarna Orawa Plh120002. 2. The Purpose Of The Order Is To Verify Literature Data, Perform Current Field Inventories, Develop Results In The Form Of Expert Opinions And Pzo Documentation, And Provide Substantive Advice During Social Consultations. 3. Ordering Party – Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Act - Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Persons Directed By The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Perform Activities Such As: Collecting Literature Data, Chamber Work, Completing The Pz Documentation Template, If They Involve Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1465, Of 2024, Items 878, 1222).
