Spectrometers – Acquisition, Delivery And Commissioning Of An Inductively Coupled Plasma - Mass Spectrometer (Icp-Ms) Coupled With An In Situ Electrochemical Measurement System Dedicated To The Analysis Of The Kinetics Of Elemental Dissolutions. This Call For Tender Concerns New Equipment, Any Proposal For Used And/Or Reconditioned Equipment Will Be Refused. The Equipment That Lise Wishes To Install For Its Corrosion Analysis Platform Is Extremely Specific. A Conventional Icp-Ms System Requiring, For Example, Prior Dilution (By Internal Standards), Would Not Constitute An Option Because This Dilution Would Reduce The Concentration Of The Elements Of Interest And Would Therefore Not Be Sufficient With Regard To The Scientific Scope Developed At Lise. It Should Be Remembered That Working Conditions Are In Situ And Not Ex Situ. Software Allowing Real-Time Monitoring Of Elemental Concentrations Would Be Appreciated. This Contract Includes At Least: • Acquisition • Minimum Technical And Functional Performance Expected From The Instrument • Delivery Ensured By The Holder • Installation And Commissioning • User Training • Contractual Guarantee And Associated Support. The Minimum Technical And Functional Performances Expected From The Equipment Are Specified In The Consultation Documents; Variants Are Not Authorized. 4 Possible Additional Services (Pse) Requested: Pse No. 1: Annual Preventive Maintenance (Spare Parts, Consumables, Labor And Travel) At The End Of The Warranty. Pse No. 2: A One-Year Maintenance Contract (Including Parts, Labor And Travel) Accompanied By Preventive Maintenance Upon Expiry Of The Warranty Pse No. 3: Warranty Extension Of At Least One (1) Year: The Supplier Will Propose And Quote A Warranty Extension For A Minimum Duration Of One (1) Year, Taking Effect At The End Of The Initial Warranty. This Extension Must Cover All Spare Parts, Labor, Travel And On-Site Delivery. Pse No. 4: Advanced On-Site Training For User Personnel For A Minimum Of 5 People.
