The Subject Of The Order Includes Securing And Loading Of Waste In The Form Of Damaged, Unprotected Boards Containing Asbestos, Their Transport And Transfer For Disposal, As Well As Loading, Transport And Transfer For Management Or Disposal Of Other Waste Located On Top Of The Post-Production Waste Landfill, Including Hazardous Waste, Located In Zgierz At Ul. Miroszewska 54-60 On Plots With Registration Numbers: 273/18, 273/19, 273/20, 273/24, 273/30, 273/33, Precinct 119, Which Is An Area In Accordance With The Act Of June 16, 2023 On Large-Scale Degraded Areas (Journal Of Laws 2023, Item 1719) Is Part Of A Large-Scale Degraded Area - The Area Of Zakłady Przemysłu Dywników Boruta In Zgierz. The Terms Of Service Are As Follows: The Service Applies To: A) Waste In The Form Of Asbestos-Containing Boards Along With Packaging For These Boards In The Form Of Foil, Big Bags, Wooden Pallets, In An Estimated Amount Of Approximately 1,057 M3, B) Two Metal Barrels Of Unknown Content, With The Following: - The Ordering Party Assumes That 1 M3 Of Waste Mentioned In Point And Weighs Approx. 1.483 Mg (Which Is The Arithmetic Mean Calculated From The Commonly Accepted Conversion Factor Of 1.6 Per 1 M3 Of Waste, 1.5 Per 1 M3 Of Waste And 1.35 Per 1 M3 Accepted In Installations Dealing With The Disposal Of Asbestos-Containing Waste) And With The Estimated Amount Of 1,057 M3 To Be Removed, It Gives Approx. 1,568 Mg. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Final Amount Of This Waste During Loading May Differ From The Amount Of 1,057 M3 Estimated In The Report, And In The Event Of Differences Between The Estimated Amount Of Asbestos-Containing Waste And The Amount Actually Documented Upon Loading And Then Upon Transfer For Disposal, The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party. - The Ordering Party Indicates That On May 28, 2024, Under The Donation Agreement, It Became The Owner Real Estate Where Waste Covered By This Service Occurs, But Does Not Have Documents Regarding The History Of This Waste Nor Has It Tested It. The Contractors Final Remuneration Will Be Determined Based On The Mass Of Waste Given In Mg, Indicated In The Transfer Sheets For Individual Types Of Waste, Transferred To Entities Dealing With The Disposal And Management Of Waste, Removed From The Ground As Part Of The Performance Of This Service.
