Construction Work – Total Contractor Services For The New Construction Of The Student Residence In Mainz On The Johannes Gutenberg University Campus. The Mainz Student Union Intends To Build A New Student Residence Including Parking Spaces And Outdoor Facilities On The Property Located Directly On The Campus Of The Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, Wittichweg 37, 55128 Mainz. The Property Area Is 3930 M², Of Which 3738 M² Is Available As Residential Building Space. The Mainz Student Union Intends To Gradually Outsource The Entire Planning And Construction Work For The New Student Residence Building To A General Contractor. The Total Costs Of Cost Groups 200 To 700 May Not Exceed An Amount Of Eur 30,000,000.00 (Gross), Which Includes In Particular The Proportionate Costs For The Implementation Of The Implementation Competition, The Common Areas, The Furniture, The Services Of Service Phase 9 Analogous To Hoai (Basic Services Including Monitoring Of The Elimination Of Defects Within The Limitation Period), The Outdoor Facilities And Parking Spaces. The Aim Of The Total Contractor Services Is The Turnkey Planning And Construction Of A Student Residence In Mainz. The Student Residence Should Have 250 Individual Dormitory Spaces For Students In Accordance With Section 2.1.9.2. Vv Junges Wohnen Has Its Own Bathroom And Shared Kitchens. In Addition To The Requirements Of Section 51 Paragraph 1 Of The Rhineland-Palatinate State Building Code (Lbauo), All Apartments, Including The Common Areas And Rooms As Well As The Access, Must Be Designed Barrier-Free In Accordance With Din 18040-2:2011-09 In Conjunction With Annex 2 To The Vv-Tb-Rhineland-Palatinate. Regarding The Number Of Apartments That Can Be Used With Wheelchairs Without Restrictions, There Is An Agreement With The Municipal Building Inspectorate, According To Which The Construction Of (Only) 8 To 10 Wheelchair-Accessible Apartments Is Acceptable. With The Student Dormitory, All Outdoor Facilities As Well As A Sufficient Number Of Car And Bicycle Parking Spaces Must Be Implemented. There Is An Agreement With The Johannes Gutenberg University And The State Of Rhineland-Palatinate To Map Up To 27 Vehicle Parking Spaces Across The Entire University Campus. The Scope Of The Planning Services Required Or The Service Phases To Be Provided And The Special Planning Requirements Depend On The Property-Specific Circumstances And Requirements. In The Present Case, There Is An Existing Development On The Property To Be Developed At Wittichweg 37, 55128 Mainz, The So-Called Building 1183 (192 M²). This Is A Technical Building With Different Uses. In Particular, There Are Necessary Supply Facilities In Operation In Parts Of The Building, Including Cable Ducts In Front Of Or Along The Building, Which Remain In Operation During The Construction Period And Must Be Protected. The Planning Services Must Be Provided In Such A Way That The Components Of Building 1183, Which Contain The Technical Facilities Of The Surrounding Properties, Do Not Have To Be Demolished
