The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) In The Scope Of The R-S6 Ditch: A) Shaping The Longitudinal And Transverse Section Of The Ditch On A Section Of Approx. 2030 Meters (Section From The Existing Culvert Under Ul. Marszowicka To The Culvert Under Ul. Poprzeczna), B) Cutting Down 284 Trees And Shrubs From The Ditch Bed, C) Demolition Of The Existing Culvert At Km 0+737 (Av. 600 Mm, L = 19.3 M) And Construction Of A New One (Reinforced Concrete Pipe With A Rectangular Cross-Section B = 1.25 M × H = 1.00 M; L = 18.25 M), D) Demolition Of Fences And Wooden Elements Located In The Geodetic Plot Of The Ditch, E) Strengthening The Slopes And The Bottom Of The Ditch With Prefabricated Slabs 60X90x10 At Km 1 + 206 To 1+308, F) Unblocking Five Side Ditches At Km: 0+003, 0+018, 0+402, 1+513, 1+755 Of The R-S6 Ditch, Each On A Length Of 10 Meters From The Mouth To The R-S6 Ditch; 2) In The Case Of Reconstruction Of The R-S6 Ditch, The Following Is Excluded From The Execution: A) Strengthening The Bottom And Slopes Of The Ditch With Openwork Slabs Along The Entire Length, Except For The Section Described Above, B) Demolition And Construction Of New Culverts, Except For The One Described Above, C) Reconstruction Of Outlets, D) Strengthening Of Side Ditches; 3) In The Scope Of The R-S Ditch: Unblocking The Ditch On A Section Of Approx. 550 Meters (From The Culvert Under Marszowicka Street To The Culvert Under Polna Street), By Manually Mowing Lichens Together With Raking And Hacking, Cutting Down Bushes And Undergrowth;4) In Scope Of The R-S4 Ditch: Unblocking The Ditch On A Section Of Approximately 350 Meters (From The Mouth Of The R-S Ditch To The Culvert Under Miłoszyńska Street), By Mechanical Desilting And Spreading The Excavated Material.2. Additional Requirements Of The Employer: 1) The Contractor Will Manage The Trees Removed From The Ditch Bed On Its Own, And Any Tree Branches Located On The Side Of The Ditch Will Be Managed By The Contractor And Those Requiring Removal Will Be Handed Over To The Owner Of The Neighboring Property From Which The Tree Grows; 2) The Contractor Will Remove And Dispose Of The Excavated Material And Waste On Its Own At Its Own Expense; 3) The Contractor Will Provide Surveying Services For The Investment Along With As-Built Documentation After The Works Are Completed. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation Constituting An Annex To The Swz.
