The Order Covers The Reconstruction Of The District Road No. 1 142R Chrząstów - Chorzelów - Trześnia In Terms Of The Construction Of A Sidewalk At The Edge Of The Road And The Reconstruction Of The Road, Shoulder And Drainage From Km 5 + 614.00, I.E. From The Intersection With The Municipal Road No. 103623R To Km 6 + 261.85, I.E. To The Bridge On The Rów Stream. The Order Also Covers The Reconstruction The Bridge Over The Rów Stream In The Towns Of Ławnica And Trześnia Includes, Among Others: Designating And Marking A Temporary Detour To Other Public Roads According To The Temporary Traffic Organization Project; Demolition Of The Existing Bridge: Bituminous Surface And Reinforced Concrete Deck And Supports; Construction Of New Abutments Placed On Pile Foundations: Drilled Reinforced Concrete Piles 2*7 Pcs., Φ 60 Cm, 6.00 M Long, Construction Of Abutment Bodies And Wings; Construction Of A Monolithic Reinforced Concrete Frame Supporting Structure; Laying The Insulation Of The Deck Slab; Installation Of Stone Curbs; Construction Of Sidewalk Overhangs With Prefabricated Cornice Boards; Installation Of Barrier Rails And Transition Slabs; Laying Bituminous Layers On The Bridge And Access Roads. Basic Parameters Of The Rebuilt Bridge: Total Length -7.00 M, Total Width - 9.75 M, Road Width - 23.25 M = 6.50 M, Width Of Sidewalks For Pedestrians - 2.20 M, Vehicle Load Class - Ii. It Is Required That Both The Leveling And Wearing Layers Made Of Asphalt Concrete Were Laid Seamlessly (One Paver Width). Additionally, The Wearing Course Must Be Made Up Of A Maximum Of 1 Working Plot. A Temporary Traffic Organization Design Must Be Prepared For The Duration Of Road Works.2. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In Chapter Iii Of The Swz - Bid Cost Estimate - Annex No. 1. The Works That Are The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Contained In Chapter Iii Of The Swz - Annex No. 2. The Ordering Party Requires A Guarantee And Warranty For The Works Performed For A Period Of 36-60 Months;3. The Contractor Is Responsible For Properly Securing The Work Area And Is Responsible For Any Damage Caused To The Ordering Party And Third Parties. The Contractor Is Obliged To Tidy Up The Area After Completing The Works;4. The Subject Of The Order Is Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Order;5. The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law Requires The Contractor, Subcontractor Or Further Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing Activities Specified By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Contract Execution, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code, Art. 22 § 1.
