The Order Will Be Carried Out In Water And Biological Areas Active, While Maintaining The Principles Of Environmental Protection, Biodiversity And Rational Management Of Resources. The Ordering Party Envisages The Use Of Green Public Procurement, In Accordance With The Programming Documents Of The European Funds For The Łódź Voivodeship 2021-2027, And The Dnsh Principle Referred To In Regulation (Eu) 2021/241 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council.
