The Scope Of The Task Includes The Design And Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Modernization Of The Orlik Pitch In Kampinos For Plot No. 96/4 And 94/7, Kampinos District, Kampinos Commune. The Order Should Be Performed In The Design And Build Formula, Using The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz, Which Describes In Detail The Subject Of The Order.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Stage Related To Design Services: A) Preparation Of Maps For Design Purposes, B) Preparation Of Design Documentation, Including, Among Others: Execution Of Necessary Construction Designs Together With Obtaining Legally Required Arrangements, Permits And Decisions, Leading To Obtaining A Final Decision On A Building Permit Or Making An Effective Notification Of Construction Or Other Construction Works, 2) Stage Related To The Performance Of Construction Works: A) Execution Of The Full Scope Of Construction Works Included In The Design Documentation, Ffu, Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Swz And Execution Of Necessary Accompanying Works, Including Organizing The Construction Site, Office, Construction Facilities, Tidying Up The Construction Site, Etc.; B) Preparation By The Contractor A Complete Application And, On Its Basis, Obtaining On Behalf Of And For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party A Final Decision On The Permit To Use The Facility Or Making An Effective Notification Of The Completion Of Construction; A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In The Swz And Pfu
