Whenever Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Are Used In The Procurement Documents, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems And They Are Always Accompanied By The Default Phrase Or Equivalent. Whenever In The Procurement Documents The Requirement To Have Certificates Issued By A Specific Conformity Assessment (Certification) Body Was Used, The Ordering Party Also Accepts Certificates Issued By Other Equivalent Conformity Assessment (Certification) Bodies.
