The Contract Includes The Following Work Phases: Demolition Work, Foundation Work, Drainage, Protective Piping, Surface Structures, Green Areas, Road Signs, Traffic, Signage And Control Systems And Other Work Phases Presented In The Documents, As Well As Materials. The Client Is Responsible For The Felling Of Wood. Contrary To The Work Description, A Two-Pipe Railing Will Be Installed On Seppäläntie, Which Will Be Connected To The Railing Of Helsingintie. Contrary To The Work Description, The Edge Supports Of Helsingintie Will Be Made Of Granite And The Edge Supports Of Seppäläntie Will Be Made Of Concrete. Installation Of The Storm Water System According To The Documents, The Work Includes The Following Work Steps: Construction Of The Storm Water Line At Seppäläntie Plv 65-205. Separate Plans And Lists Of Quantities Have Been Prepared For Streets, Storm Water Systems And Lighting. The Lists Of Quantities Attached To The Request For Tender Are The Initial Information For The Tenderer, For The Calculation Of Costs. About 100M Of Guardrail Replacement On Seppäläntie Will Be Added Outside Of Afrys Plan. The Old Railing Will Be Dismantled And A New Tertu Wood-Clad Railing Will Be Installed In Its Place, Collision Resistance Class N2. The Work Includes All Materials And Work In The Scope Presented In The Documents, Fully Completed. Work On The Site Can Begin On April 23, 2026. The Work Must Be Completely Completed And Received By August 31, 2026.
