Delivery Of 1 New Base Vehicle With A Water Tank Upgrade, According To Technical Specification - Appendix #1. ​​​​​​​The Scope Of The Public Procurement Includes The Delivery Of 1 New Base Vehicle, With An Upgrade - A Factory New Tank, As Well As The Accompanying Warranty Maintenance Services Within The Warranty Period Proposed By The Participant, In Accordance With The Requirements In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1. Note: Warranty Maintenance Refers To The Removal, At The Contractors Expense During The Warranty Period, Of All Damage And/Or Inconsistencies, Respectively Replacement Of Defective Parts And/Or Components That Fall Within The Terms And Scope Of The Warranty, Within The Contractors Warranty Liability. The Delivery And Replacement Of The Consumables For The Periodic Technical Services Of The Car Are Included In The Scope Of This Public Procurement And Are The Responsibility Of The Contractor. The Basic Vehicle With A Water Tank Upgrade Must Meet The Requirements Of Ordinance No. H-21 Of December 19, 2023 On The Requirements For Clean Vehicles And Directive (Eu) 2019/1161 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of June 20, 2019 Amending Directive 2009/33/Ec On The Promotion Of Clean And Energy-Efficient Road Vehicles. ​​​​​​​
