The Total Capacity Of The Device Must Be At Least 500 Cartridges With A Standard Processing Program. The Device Must Have An Integrated Barcode Reader To Store Sample And Reagent Data And Enable Traceability And Reporting. The Procurement Is Divided Into Three (3) Target Groups As Follows: * Pos 1 / Two-Chamber Tissue Transporter (Tissue Processor) - Central Hospital Of Lapland, Rovaniemi (1 Pc) * Pos 2 / Option I / Two-Chamber Tissue Transporter (Tissue Processor) - Länsi-Pohja Hospital, Kemi (1 Pc) * Pos 3 / Option Ii / Post-Warranty Service Contract, Spare Parts And Supplies, Hourly Price Outside The Contract Part Offers And Alternative Bids Are Not Permitted. The Procurement Is A Total Procurement For Which One (1) Supplier Who Submitted An Accepted Offer Is Selected. The Agreement Comes Into Force When Both Parties Have Signed The Agreement. The Contract Period Starts On May 1, 2026 (Target) And Is Valid Until The Delivery Of The Device To The Customer Has Been Approved During The Receiving Inspection And The Devices Warranty Period (At Least 24 Months) Has Ended And Its Expiration Has Been Approved In The Warranty Review Performed By The Customer. The Purchase Quantities Indicated In The Request For Tender Are Estimates And Do Not Constitute A Quantity Purchase Obligation For The Customer. The Offered Devices Must Comply With The Directly Binding Regulations Of The European Union, Finnish Laws And Regulations, And Regulations Issued By The Authorities. The Offer Is Binding And Must Be Prepared In Its Entirety In Finnish.
