The Overall Consultancy Task Includes The Following: Area A – Hall Complex – Approx. 7,900 Floor M2: The Area Includes New Construction Of A New Sports Complex Consisting Of Two Sports Halls For Multi-Functional Sports Use, An Exercise Hall And An Indoor Tennis Hall With Padel Courts. In Addition, Support Functions Such As Depots, Changing Rooms, Club Rooms, Meeting Rooms, Café Kitchens, Foyers Etc. Must Be Established. The Task Also Includes The Demolition Of The Existing Hall 3 And The Existing Tennis Clubhouse To Make Room For The New Hall Complex. Area South Of The Hall Complex - Tennis Courts And Outdoor Area For Tennis: The Areas Include The Establishment Of New Outdoor Tennis Courts And The Establishment Of An Outdoor Seating Area For Tennis.
