The Subject Of This Public Contract Is The Design, Supply, Integration And Commissioning Of A Complex Solution That Will Enable The Contracting Authority To: 1. Operate The Citizens Portal - A Transactional Web Application For Self-Service Handling Of Selected Self-Governing Agendas, 2. Complete And Operate The Hardware Infrastructure (Min. 2 × Powerful Server, Disk Array) Necessary For High Availability Of Electronic Services, 3. Integrate New Services Into The Existing Information Systems Of The City (Document Service Ezop, Economic The Ginis System, Is Agendas, Reservation System) And The Nia Central Identity. The Client Requires That The Selected Supplier In The Design & Build Mode Provides In Particular: A. Architectural And Security Design Of The Solution Incl. Hw Capacity Integration And Design Schemes, B. Delivery And Installation Of Servers And A Disk Array In The Mm Čb Data Center, Their Inclusion In The Cluster Of The Existing Virtualization Platform, C. Development/Configuration Of The Citizen Portal D. Integration Into Internal And External Systems (Ezop, Ginis, Other Ais According To The Feasibility Study, Payment Gateway, Nia), E. Data Migration And Initialization, Backup Setup, Dr Scenario, F. Testing (Unit, Integration, Performance, Pen Test) And Pilot Operation, G. Training, Documentation And Transfer Of Source Codes To The Git Repository Of The City, H. L2/L3 Support And Service For A Period Of At Least 60 Months In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Technical Specification. Subject Of Performance, Or The Minimum Technical Requirements That The Supplier Must Take Into Account In Its Implementation Proposal Are Specified In More Detail In The Tender Documentation Annex No. 10 – Technical Specification (Hereinafter Referred To As Technical Specification).
