Final assembly of actuator. 04. Filling of lubricating oil/grease etc. in the actuators. A. 05. After servicing transportation of actuators from working place to Field of valve damper and proper fitting of the same for operation. 06. Supply of consumable like electrical contact cleaner/petrol etc. Cotton cloth, cotton waste, nut and boits ferrule, lugs etc. as per requirement. 07. Arrangement of tools and tackles and safety appliances as per site requirement. 08. Man power provided during commissioning of actuators and setting of limit switches. 09. Painting of external parts of actuators by existing color of paint and writing their services by suitable color paints if required. 10. Welding electrodes, welding machine gas cutting equipment etc. required during the work will be arranged by the contractor. AIR BLOWING AND TERMINAL TIGHTNESS OF ASH HANDLING PLANT, PLC PANELS AND JBS OF ESP HOPPERS WITH FIELD INSTRUMENTS. SCOPE OF WORK: 1) Checking and Cleaning of Ash Level Probes of all 72 Nos. ESP hoppers.. B. 2) Air blowing of all PLC, UPS, Battery Chargers, Bottom Ash Panels, AHP Panels and JBs. 3) Tightness checking of all TBs./JBs. 4) Repairing/ Repainting of Panels, JBs with same color Paint and Writing Service Names with Suitable Color Paint
