1. The Subject Of The Order Is Partial Renovation With A Mineral And Bituminous Mixture On District Roads Of The District Roads Authority In Oleśnica.2. Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv):45.00.00.00-7 - Construction Works,45.23.31.42.6 - Road Repair Works.3. Estimated Scope Of Works: 1) Partial Repairs Of Bituminous Surfaces Using Hot Mastic: A) Cutting Out The Defect In A Geometric Form Using A Saw And A Pneumatic Hammer Or Milling, B) Mechanical Or Manual Cleaning And Drying Of The Place Of Planned Repair; C) Smearing The Bottom And Sides Of The Damage And Any Existing Water, Sewage And Gas Valves With Asphalt Emulsion In The Amount Of 0.5 Kg/ M²; D) Filling The Defect With Mass (Filling Patches With A Width Of More Than 1.5 M Using A Bitumen Spreader); E) Compacting The Laid Layer Of Asphalt Concrete With A Roller; F) Sealing The Longitudinal Joint With Asphalt; G) Transport Of Milled Material To A Given Road Circuit In Oleśnica Or Syców; H) Adjustment Of External Devices: Sewage Grates, Sewage Manholes; Including: (1) Renovation With A Hot Mineral-Bituminous Mixture - Up To 4,000 M2, Average Thickness 5 Cm (2) Adjustment Of External Devices (Sewage Grates, Sewage Manholes) - Up To 20 Pcs.4. By Partial Pavement Renovation The Ordering Party Understands A Set Of Technical Procedures Performed On An Ongoing Basis, Related To The Removal Of Surface Damage That Threatens Traffic Safety, As Well As Procedures Covering Small Areas, Inhibiting The Process Of Increasing The Damage. The Term Partial Pavement Renovation Is Included In The General Concept Of Pavement Maintenance, And This In Turn Is Covered By The More General Concept Of Road Maintenance. 5. The Number Of Works Given In The Offer Cost Estimate Constituting An Attachment To The Swz Is An Indicative Amount. The Final Amount Of Works Will Result From The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Intends To Subcontract At Least 50% Of The Maximum Value Of The Contract Specified In § 2, Section 1 Of The Contract. The Contractor Shall Not Be Entitled To Any Compensation Claims From The Ordering Party Each Separate Order Submitted By The Manager Of The Road District In Oleśnica Or Syców, Containing The Location, Scope Of Works And The Date Of Their Completion, Which Will Be Sent By The Ordering Party Via E-Mail To The Contractors E-Mail Address Indicated In The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Undertake The Works Resulting From The Ordering Partys Order, Falling Within The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order No Later Than Within 3 Business Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Order.
