The Scope Of Works Includes The Following Works: • Construction Of An Underground Lpg Tank Installation With A Capacity Of V = 2700 L, Together With The Underground Installation, Including: • Foundation And Assembly Of The Tank, • Construction Of Gas Connections, • Anti-Corrosion Protection And Marking, • Performance Of The Necessary Tightness Tests And Technical Acceptance. • Construction Of A Central Heating (Co) Installation, Including: • Distribution Of Installation Cables, • Installation Of Shut-Off And Regulating Fittings, • Insulation Cables.• Installation Of Panel Radiators, Including:• Thermostatic Valves,• Connection To The Central Heating Installation,• Hydraulic Regulation Of The System.• Construction Of The Gas Installation In The Facility, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Standards.• Construction Of The Ventilation Installation, Including:• Installation Of Grilles And Supply And Exhaust Elements,• Ensuring The Required Air Exchange Parameters.• Carrying Out The Necessary Construction Works, Including:• Earthworks,• Penetrations And Passages Installation,• Reconstruction Of The Surface And Finishing Elements.• Carrying Out Tests, Acceptance And Commissioning Of The Installation, Including:• Tightness Tests,• Pressure Tests,• Adjustment And Commissioning Of The Installation,• Submission Of As-Built Documentation.• Preparation And Installation Of A Commemorative And Information Board, In Accordance With The Investors Guidelines. The Works Should Be Performed On The Basis Of Construction Designs, Technical Designs And In Accordance With The Attached Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works.
