1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Construction Of A Storm Sewage System With Retention Reservoirs In The City Of Ostrów Mazowiecka. Part I: Construction Of A Storm Sewage System With Retention Tanks Located At Sikorskiego, Sielska And 3 Maja Streets In Ostrów Mazowiecka. Due To The Need To Synchronize Some Of The Works With Other Works Related To The Reconstruction Of Green Areas In The Vicinity Of The City Hall, The Scope Of Part I Was Divided Into Tasks: A) Task No. 1 - Construction Of A Storm Sewage System With Retention Reservoirs Located At Ul. Sikorskiego And Sielska In Ostrów Mazowiecka On Plot No. 943/2, B) Task No. 2 - Construction Of A Storm Sewage System With Retention Tanks Located At Ul. 3 Maja In The Area Adjacent To The Town Hall, Plot No. 1722.2. The Scope Of The Order For Each Partial Task Includes In Particular: 1) Execution Of Earthworks; 2) Demolition Of Paved Surfaces In Road Lanes; 3) Placement Of Retention Tanks Together With The Arrangement Of Pipelines And Inspection Wells; 4) Equipping Retention Tanks With Venting; 5) Electrical Works; 6) Backfilling Or Construction Of A Paved Surface - The Color And Type Of Paving Stones Should Be Adapted To The Surroundings And Agreed With The Ordering Party; 3. Moreover, In Each Part Of The Order, In Addition To The Construction Of A Storm Sewage System With Retention Tanks, An Additional Task Must Also Be Performed, Consisting In The Design, Delivery And Installation Of A Board Informing About The Co-Financing Of The Task Under The European Funds For Eastern Poland Program 2021-2027. The Scope Of Part I - Task 2 Also Includes: 1) Securing Archaeological Supervision Within Construction Excavations Related To The Planned Investment On Plots Under Conservation Protection, I.E. No. 1722; 2) Notifying The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments About Threats Or New Circumstances Revealed During Construction Works In Accordance With The Decision No. 346/25 Of The Masovian Provincial Conservator Of Monuments.5. All Tanks Will Be Equipped With An Emptying System Allowing The Water To Be Used For Public Purposes (Pumps, Automatic Irrigation Of Urban Green Areas).6.
