Tenders Are Invited For Renovations Of Bitumen Roads, Partial Renovations Of Streets, Emergency Cleaning Of Rainwater Drainage On Municipal Roads Located In The Praga-Południe District In 2026.
1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Renovation Of Roads With Bitumen Surfaces, Partial Renovations Of Streets With Bituminous Surfaces, Emergency Cleaning Of Rainwater Drainage Systems On Municipal Roads Located In The Praga-Południe District In 2026. Order Completion Time: No Longer Than Two Days From Notification. Work Will Be Commissioned Successively As Needed Throughout The Entire Contract Period In The Form Of Individual Orders. Orders Submitted By The Ordering Party On Working Days After Working Hours And On Non-Working Days Oblige The Contractor To Immediately (Within Two Hours) Secure The Indicated Place Until The Repair Is Completed. The Execution Of Each Order Will Be Confirmed By A Work Acceptance Report. The Scope And Deadline For Completing The Ordered Works Will Be Determined Each Time By The Ordering Party And Communicated By Phone Or E-Mail. The Materials Used For The Works Must Meet The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 1682/2017 Of October 23, 2017 Of The President Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warsaw. The Settlement Of The Completed Works Will Be Based On An As-Built Cost Estimate, According To The Unit Prices Of The Works Calculated From The Offer Cost Estimate And Included In The Contract, And In The Absence Of These Prices - Based On The Relevant Catalog Standards (Knr, Knnr), The Rg Rate And The Mark-Ups Given In The Offer. However, With Regard To The Cost Of Materials - According To Average Prices Published In Sekocenbud Materials (Including Purchase Costs) - For 2026 Or Based On The Prices Included In Purchase Invoices Plus Purchase Costs. The Contractor Must Have Appropriate Means Of Communication Ensuring Immediate Transfer Of Orders By The Ordering Party And Constant Communication Of The Contractors Management With The Teams Performing Works In The Field: - E-Mail Address For Accepting Orders Of The Ordering Party - Mobile Phone Active All Day 1 Day, Number 1, - Mobile Phone For Communication With Renovation Teams, 2 Numbers. The Contractor Must Also Have Appropriate Markings Enabling Immediate Protection Of The Site Of Road Surface Failure, No Later Than Within 2 Hours From The Moment Of Reporting And Carrying Out Works By The Renovation Teams In The Conditions Of Vehicle Traffic: - Guide Boards U-3C And U-3D (Fir Trees) - 6 Pieces, Each 180 Cm Long, - A-14 Works Signs Road - 8 Pcs., - Signs A-12B, A-12C Road Narrowing (Left, Right) 4 Pcs., - U-20A Road Barriers - 50 M. The Type Of Works And Conditions For The Execution Of The Works Are Determined By: Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Bill Of Quantities And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works Constituting Annexes 10, 11 And 12 To The Swz.
