2. Description Of The Subject Of The Order 2.1. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of Works Under The Task Titled: Construction Of A Sewage System In Dalikowo On Słoneczna Street, Lipowa Street, Ogrodowa Street And Malinowa Street, Among Others. Execution Of Works Such As Construction Of A Sewage Network With A Length Of Approx. 1,265.10 M Along With Branches.2.2. The Detailed Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Performance Of Construction Works Based On The Developed Design Documentation, Notification Of Construction Works, Including: A. Construction Of A Gravity Sanitary Sewage Pipeline Made Of Sn8 Pvc Pipes, Ø 200 Mm In Diameter, With A Total Length Of Approx. 1265.10 M, Equipped With Concrete Inspection Chambers Ø 1000 Mm And Plastic Inspection Chambers Ø 600 Mm; B. Construction Of Branches Of The Gravity Sanitary Sewage Network Made Of Pvc Sn8 Pipes With A Diameter Of 160 Mm, Approx. 52 Pieces With A Total Length Of Approx. 226.1 M, Ending With A Plug At The Border Of The Road;2) Carrying Out Archaeological Excavations Before Earthworks And Supervision Over Earthworks By A Person With Appropriate Qualifications In Accordance With The Decision On The Scope And Type Of Archaeological Research. Together With The Preparation Of An As-Built Inventory.4) Carrying Out Tests And Examinations Required By Law.5) Cleaning The Investment Area And Restoring It To Its Original Condition. When Preparing The Valuation Of The Task, The Replacement Of The Soil In The Entire Excavation Should Be Assumed.2.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Scope Of Works Is Specified In The Design Documentation Constituting An Annex To The Swz. It Should Be Noted That The Attached Design Documentation Covers A Larger Scope Of The Order Than That Implemented Under This Order. The Scope Covered By These Proceedings Applies Only To The Sanitary Sewage System In The Town Of Dalaków Within Ul. Zachodnia, Łódzka, Słoneczna, Lipowa, Ogrodowa, Malinowa And Includes Gravity Collectors K-7, K-8, K-9, K-10 And Sewage Branches From Ok95 To Ok146, In Accordance With The Design Documentation And The Attached Map.2.4. The Contractor, On His Own And At His Own Expense, Will: • Arrange The Construction Site And Construction Facilities, And After Completing The Work, Restore The Area To Its Original Condition, • Mark And Secure The Construction Site.2.5. The Contractor Will Be Fully Liable For Accidents And Damages Resulting From Incorrect Marking Of The Construction Site, Failure To Maintain Order And Lack Of Attention To The Cleanliness And Condition Of The Construction Site And The Roads Adjacent To It, As Well As For Other Unmentioned Damages Resulting From The Performance Of The Works That Are The Subject Of The Order.2.6. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Protecting Underground Installations And Devices, Ensuring Their Proper Marking And Protection Against Damage During The Works.2.7.
