1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works And Accompanying Works As Part Of The Investment Task Titled: Reconstruction Of Ul. Admiralska [Poznań]. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Said Task, It Is Envisaged, In Particular, To Carry Out: Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of Roads With An Asphalt Surface, Reconstruction Of Intersections With Concrete Blocks, Construction And Reconstruction Of Sidewalks, Construction And Reconstruction Of Road Lighting, Construction Of A Technological Channel And Rainwater Drainage, And Provision Of Services Related To The Construction Works.2. Note: As Part Of The Implementation Of The Order, It Will Be Necessary To Coordinate The Works Carried Out By Aquanet S.A. / Entity Carrying Out Work For Aquanet S.A. Works In The Subject Location. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Provision Of Services Related To The Works Performed, In Particular: • Execution, Maintenance During The Implementation Of The Works And Dismantling After Their Completion Of Temporary Marking And Protection Of The Construction Site And Temporary Traffic Organization, • Arrangement, Maintenance And Liquidation Of The Construction Site, • Preparation Of As-Built Documentation, • Tidying Up And Restoring The Area Disturbed During The Works, • Making, Installation, Maintenance And Disassembly Of Signs Information.3. The Basis For Assessing The Quality And Acceptance Of The Completed Construction Works And Developing A Quality Assurance Program By The Contractor Is The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Constituting An Annex To Swz.4. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Provision Of Services Related To The Performed Construction Works And The Provision Of Services/Supplies Related To The Performed Construction Works.5. The Entire Subject Of The Order Is To Be Performed In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Engineering As Well As Generally Applicable Legal Regulations.6. Additional Information Regarding The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Included In The Contract Template - Annex No. 1 To The Swz And Annexes No. 2-3-4 To The Swz (Technical Documentation, Documentation, Bills Of Quantities).
