COLLECTION OF BIDDING DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to collect the Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) from the office of Director of Procurement, Imo State Polytechnic, Omuma from the date of this publication between the hours of 8:00am to 4:00pm from the date of publication on weekdays. Evidence of payment of N10, 000.00 non-refundable fee for the lot must be made through the Polytechnic Bank Account and must be presented in the Bursary Department for collection of receipt before collection of Tender Documents. 5.0 SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Interested Bidders are to submit technical bid documents, one (1) hard copy of Original and Copy of each, packaged in an envelope and sealed. The document should be addressed to the Rector, Imo State Polytechnic, Omuma, Imo State and clearly marked with (the name of project and Lot number). Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and drop in the designated Tender Box in the Procurement Directorate not later than 11:00 am on Tuesday 10th March, 2026.
