The Green Areas Of The City Of Poris Technical Department (Subsequently The Customer) Requests Bids For The Maintenance Work Of The Green Areas And Property Yards Of The City Of Poris Infrastructure For The Period 1 May 2026 - 31 December 2027 + Possible Option Year 2028. The Competition Will Form A Framework Arrangement, To Which All Bidders Who Meet The Minimum And Eligibility Requirements Set In The Request For Tenders Will Be Selected By Sub-Area. Rules: Within The Scope Of The Framework Arrangement, The Customer Follows The Following Principles When Making Procurements: Procurements (Contracts) Exceeding 5000 Euros Are Mini-Tendered By Sub-Area Among All Operators Selected For The Framework Arrangement. As A Rule, Mini-Competitions Are Decided On The Basis Of Price. If Necessary, The Client Can Also Take Into Account The Clarity Of The Contracts Implementation Schedule, Readiness To Start, Or Work-Time Arrangements, If They Have A Significant Impact On The Smoothness Of The Contract. All Comparison Factors To Be Used Are Announced In Advance In The Mini-Competition Invitation. Purchases Of Less Than 5,000 Euros Can Be Allocated According To Sub-Areas By The Customers Free Choice From Among The Operators Selected For The Framework Arrangement. Purchases Of Less Than 5,000 Euros Are Allocated To The Operators Of The Framework Arrangement Primarily On The Basis Of The Customers Assessment Of Appropriateness, Readiness For Work And The Location Of The Object. In Voluntary Procurements, The Customer Primarily Strives To Use Operators Who Have Demonstrated Their Professionalism And Best Adhere To The Principles Of Sustainable Development And The Promotion Of The Diversity Of Urban Nature. The Manpower And Machine Labor Hourly Prices Reported By The Bidders Are Used As The Basis For The Pricing Of Orders Placed During The Contract Period. This Framework Arrangement Does Not Obligate The Subscriber To Order A Certain Number Of Services, And The Subscriber Does Not Undertake That All Suppliers Of The Framework Arrangement Will Receive Assignments During The Contract Period. The Customer Places The Orders According To His Needs, And The Number, Scope And Targeting Of Different Suppliers May Vary Without The Customer Being Liable For Compensation Or Ordering.
