The Subject Of The Order Includes Three Main Activities: Activity 1 – Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase; Activity 2 – Exercising Authors Supervision During The Execution Of Construction And Installation Works On The Site; Activity 3 – Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works For The Realization Of The Investment Project. The Project Parts Should Concern The Following Activities: - New Flooring With High-End Paving And Concrete Slabs On The Square Space And Park Walkways. Provision Should Also Be Made For The Placement Of Tactile Strips To Ensure An Accessible Environment. The Missing And Broken Stone Elements Must Be Restored With New Ones. - New Park Furniture, New Wooden Seats On The Retaining Walls And Benches In Front Of The School And In The Playgrounds. - Childrens Playgrounds - To Separate Two Childrens Playgrounds: One For 0-3 Years. Age And One Number 3-12 Years. The Facilities Should Be Modern, Multifunctional, Meeting All Safety Requirements. The Elements Of The Playgrounds Should Be Selected From Certified Manufacturers, With The Preferred Materials Being Metal, Plastic And Wood. - Additional Vegetation With Clean Shapes, Emphasizing The Main Directions And The Architecture - Flowers, Hedges. - Lighting Of The Square Space - High Lighting Fixtures For Outdoor Lighting With Led Light Sources, Powered By A New Electrical Panel. - Video Surveillance System - All Entrances And Exits To The Square, The Community Center Building, As Well As The Childrens Playground Should Be Subject To Video Surveillance. - The Sewage Network At The Fountain And In Front Of The Community Center Is Blocked And Does Not Work. It Is Necessary To Clean The Existing Sewage Networks And Establish Their Parameters, Then To Replace The Branches Where Necessary And Their Routes To Comply With The New Project Solutions.
