Wheatland County-Rfq-2026 High-Resolution Orthophoto Project . Wheatland County Is Requesting Quotes For The Acquisition And Production Of High-Resolution (15 Cm Gsd) Digital Colour Orthophotos For The 2026 Season To Update Its Gis For Land Management And Engineering Purposes. The Project Encompasses The Entire County (Approximately 542,500 Hectares Or 58 Townships) And Requires 24-Bit Natural Colour, Orthorectified And Geo-Referenced Imagery With A Minimum 10 Cm Horizontal And Vertical Accuracy. Deliverables Include Uncompressed Geotiff Tiles, Compressed Mrsid And Ecw Tiles With World Files, And Flight Line And Orthophoto Index Shapefiles In Utm Zone 12, Nad83, Cgvd28. Imagery Must Be Captured During Spring 2026 Leaf-Off Conditions And Meet Specified Environmental And Technical Standards. Proponents Are To Provide A Fixed Price (Including Ground Control), Confirm Ability To Complete Flights By June 15, 2026 And Final Delivery By August 31, 2026. The Contract May Be Extended For Up To Two Additional Acquisition Cycles (Six Years Total), Subject To Satisfactory Performance And Mutually Agreed Pricing.
