Meal-Preparation Services – Social Services In The Field Of Preparation And Distribution Of 24-Hour Meals For Patients Of The Independent Public Health Care Center In Radziejów. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Patient Nutrition And Distribution Of Meals At Sp Zoz In Radziejów During A Period Of 24 Months, Including: Preparation Of 24-Hour Meals In The Amount Of Approximately 160,000 During A 24-Month Period, Based On Leased Kitchen Premises, The Ordering Partys Equipment And Devices And Equipment Secured By The Contractor For The Independent Public Health Care Facility In Radziejów, Taking Into Account The Ordering Partys Requirements And Recommendations Established By, Among Others, Institute Of Food And Nutrition In Warsaw, Published In The Monograph Scientific Basis Of Nutrition In Hospitals And The Polish Nutritional Standards Amended In 2012 (Norms Of Human Nutrition. Basics Of The Prevention Of Obesity And Non-Communicable Diseases), Taking Into Account The Changes Introduced During The Period Of Validity Of The Contract And Traditional Polish Cuisine Used Around Holidays, Among Others. Christmas, Easter, Etc.; Menus In The Decade System Will Be Prepared By The Contractors Dietitian, Approved By The Ordering Partys Dietitian And Submitted At Least 5 Business Days Before They Become Effective. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Menus With The Calculation Of Energy And Nutritional Value, Meal Weight/Meal Components, And Allergens, So That It Is Possible To Check The Correctness Of The Diet Preparation And Compare Them With The Recommendations Of The Institute Of Food And Nutrition In The Nutrition Of Patients. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Request Changes To The Menu And Exclusion Of Specific Dishes Or Products, Despite Their Use In Other Establishments With Similar Specifications. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Patients In The Wards With Drinking Water According To The Needs Of A Given Ward.
