SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to submit bid for not more than two (2) LOTS, TWO (2) hard copy each of the technical and financial bids with soft copy of financial bid only in MS Excel format, packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as Technical Bid or Financial Bid. Thereafter, put the two (2) sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to the Vice-Chancellor, Federal University of Agriculture, Bassambiri, P. M. B. 180, Yenagoa, Bayelsa State at the Administrative Building of the University and clearly marked with the name of the Project/s and the Lot/s Number at the top left-hand corner and drop it in the tamper-proof box.
