Tenders are invited for Procurement of Various Assorted Textbooks, Journals and Office Equipment. Prospective bidders are to collect the Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) from the office of Director of Procurement, Imo State Polytechnic, Omuma from the date of this publication between the hours of 8:00am to 4:00pm from the date of publication on weekdays. Evidence of payment of N10, 000.00 non-refundable fee for the lot must be made through the Polytechnic Bank Account and must be presented in the Bursary Department for collection of receipt before collection of Tender Documents. The document should be addressed to the Rector, Imo State Polytechnic, Omuma, Imo State and clearly marked with (the name of project and Lot number). Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and drop in the designated Tender Box in the Procurement Directorate not later than 11:00 am on Tuesday 10th March, 2026. The envelope to be placed in one large envelop showing the lot number of the project for which the bid is submitted and addressed to: The Rector, Imo State Polytechnic, Omuma, Imo State Furthermore, the large envelope which contains the bid is to be submitted in the office of Director of Procurement, Imo State Polytechnic, Omuma, inside the Tender Box not later than 12:00noon Tuesday 10th March, 2026.
