Repair And Maintenance Services Of Warships – This Notice Concerns A Defense Or Security Contract Aimed At: Maintaining In Operational Condition The Maritime Gendarmerie And Comar Paris Vessels Based In Mainland France And Associated Services.. The Draft Framework Agreement Mainly Concerns The Maintenance In Operational Condition Of The Launches Of The National Gendarmerie, Namely Around 35 Launches Or Boats Of The Vcsm, Vsmp, Pcg And Esmp Type Based In Mainland France. The Planned Services Must Ensure The Technical Availability Of All Or Part Of The Installations Of Certain Buildings, Restore Their Potential And Preserve The States Heritage. The Main Services To Be Provided Are As Follows:  Overall Industrial Project Management And Site Manager Services,  Major And Intermediate Maintenance Services, Parts And Labor Included, With The Objective Of Availability Of The Installations. These Services Include: • Carrying Out Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Tasks, On A Firm Basis For Installations In Availability, On A Scale Or Estimate For Others, • Carrying Out Modifications,  Preventive Maintenance Services: Visits Or Checks Of Motors, Alternators, Shaft Lines, Reduction Gears, Winches, Cranes, Control Consoles, Fluid Circuits (Water Or Diesel), Fire Detectors, Air Circuits, Electrical Networks And Batteries (Non-Exhaustive);  Corrective Maintenance Services: Treatment Of Breakdowns And Damage, Replacement Supplies And Monitoring Of Building Availability;  Supply And Repair Of Spare Parts Intended For Use On Board;  Maintenance Engineering Services;  Regulatory Monitoring Services: Asbestos Mapping, Etc. ;  Withdrawal From Active Service Work. There Will Be A Minimum Of Around 80 Technical Stops And A Maximum Of Around 200 Including Rsa Technical Stops. The Framework Agreement Will Include A Tranche Bringing Together Purchase Orders And Orders For Contingencies, A Tranche Whose Maximum Estimated Amount Is 73% Of The Sum Of Firm Services In The Firm And Optional Tranches. The Amount Of Orders For Technical Contingencies Cannot, However, Exceed 15% Of The Total Amount Of The Initial Framework Agreement.
