Quay Construction Work – Technical Design Services, Technical Verification Including Technical Assistance And Execution Of Works Provided For By The Rehabilitation, Modernization, Endowment Of Zimnicea Port Project, Smis Code 343266. The Contracting Authority Conducts This Open Tender In Order To Award The Contractual Agreement With The Object Of Technical Design Services, Technical Verification Including Technical Assistance And Execution Of Works Provided By The Rehabilitation, Modernization, Endowment Of Port Zimnicea Project, Smis Code 343266, Which Will Be Carried Out In Compliance With The General And Specific Conditions For Design And Execution Contracts, According To Annex No. 2 To Hg No. 1/2018, In Particular With Regard To The Duration, Quantity And Cost Of Services And Works, Thus Ensuring A Correct Use Of Available Funds, As Well As Compliance With Technical Quality Standards And Requirements. Given The Specific Contractual Framework, The Contractual Agreement Will Be Managed, According To The Provisions Of Gd No. 1/2018, Through The Supervisor. For This Purpose, The Contracting Authority Initiated The Procedure For Awarding The Supervision Services Contract Through The Simplified Tender Notice No. Scn1172250/06.02.2026. The Performance Of This Public Procurement Contract Will Mainly Be Based On The Contractual Agreement Concluded With The Contractor, The General And Specific Conditions Drawn Up In Compliance With Annex No. 2 To Hg No. 1/2018. The Object Of The Contract Will Include The Following: • Technical Design Services, Technical Verification And Technical Assistance Provided By The Contractors Specialized Designers. • Execution Of Rehabilitation, Modernization And Equipment Works Of The Port Of Zimnicea. In Concrete Terms, The Execution Of The Works Included In The Object Of This Contractual Agreement Will Consist Of: • Arranging The Upstream Berth As A Waiting Berth For Thrusters, • Rehabilitation Of Berths 1 And 2, • Rehabilitation Of Operating Berths 3-6, • Construction Of A Drinking Water Supply System, • Rehabilitation Of Existing Roads And Platforms In The Port, • Construction Of Temporary And Permanent Signaling Installations, • Provision Of Utilities Within The Port And At The Quays, Respectively Supply With Water, • Provision Of Utilities Within The Port And At The Quays - Facilities For Extinguishing Fires, • Realization Of A Lighting System Of The Port Premises, • Provision Of Utilities Within The Port And At The Quays, Respectively Electricity Supply, • Provision Of Utilities Within The Port And At The Quays, Respectively Sewage System, • Dredging, Temporary And Definitive Signage. The Total Estimated Value Of The Purchase Is 48,752,900.00 Lei, Excluding Vat, Of Which: • Technical Design Services - 986,000 Lei, • Technical Verification Services - 98,000 Lei, • Services For Drawing Up Documentation And Obtaining Approvals - 50,000 Lei, • Technical Assistance Services - 120,000 Lei, • Osh Coordinator - 40,000 Lei, • Execution Works - 47,458,900 Lei. Although They Were Not Included In The Estimated Value Of The Purchase, When Establishing The Applicable Award Procedure, The Amounts That Can Be Found Written On Lines 5.3 And In The Contents Of The Chapter Will Also Be Taken Into Account
