Type Of Separator - Bidirectional Optical Sorter, With An X-Ray Fluorescence Spectral Analysis Unit With At Least 4 Parallel Arranged X-Ray Tubes And At Least 36 High-Sensitivity Detectors. 2. Minimum Width Of The Sorted Stream – 1370 Mm. 3. Minimum Equipment: A) High-Resolution Camera And Image Processing Technology, In A Single-Camera System; B) At Least 144 Discharge Valves With Nozzles; C) Xrf Sensor; D) Cutting Blade With Wear Protection; E) Vibrating Feeder With An Installed Power Of Not More Than 4 Kw; F) Control Cabinet With Air Conditioning And Process Visualization, As Well As A Solution Providing Remote Access; G) Reducer For Connecting Compressed Air With A Moisture Filter. Basic Requirements Below Are The Basic Requirements Specified In Relation To The Subject Of The Order And The Bidder, The Inability Of Which To Be Met By The Bidder Results In A Negative Assessment And Rejection Of The Offer: 1. The Subject Of The Offer Must Relate To And Be Consistent With The Subject Of The Order Described In Chapter Ii And Must Take Into Account The Specifications Contained In Chapter Iii Of This Inquiry. 2. Achievement Of The Assumed Technological Parameters Of The Processing Process: A) Minimum Efficiency Of Sorting Heavy Metals From A Mixture Of Non-Ferrous Metals With A Size Of 10-40 Mm - 6.0 Mg/H. B) Minimum Efficiency Of Sorting Individual Heavy Metals From A Mixture Of Heavy Metals With A Size Of 10-40 Mm - 4.0 Mg/H. C) Minimum Efficiency Of Sorting Heavy Metals From A Mixture Of Non-Ferrous Metals With A Size Of 40-120 Mm - 11.0 Mg/H. D) Minimum Efficiency Of Sorting Individual Heavy Metals From A Mixture Of Heavy Metals With A Size Of 40 - 120 Mm - 6.0 Mg/H. E) Minimum Level Of Separation Of A Defined Type Of Material Entering The Separators Operating Area From The Processed Fraction Stream - 90%. F) Maximum Power Installed On The Sorting System - 15 Kw. G) The Maximum Energy Consumption During Operation Must Be 80% Of The Installed Power. 3. The Above-Mentioned Functionalities And Parameters Specified In Chapter Iii Will Have To Be Confirmed In A Technological Test. Only A Positive Result Of The Technological Test Will Be The Basis For Accepting The Device As Part Of The Final Acceptance. The Technological Test Will Be Conducted For A Period Of At Least 4 Hours Of Continuous Operation, Assuming The Processing Material Specified In Chapter Ii, Point 5. The Input For The Test Will Be Provided By The Ordering Party. The Technological Test Will Be Carried Out After Assembling The Device And Carrying Out Technical Commissioning. 4. Minimum Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order - 24 Months, Counted From The Date Of The Final Acceptance Report Of The Subject Of The Order. 5. Minimum Requirements For Warranty Service: A) Handling The Request In Polish; B) Taking Service Actions
