Newspapers, Journals, Periodicals And Magazines – Supplying The Library With Magazines And Newspapers. - Daily Delivery (Comprehensive, Timely And Regular) Of German-Language And Some Foreign-Language Newspapers And Magazines In Printed Form To The Decentralized District Libraries, The Mobile Libraries, The Central Library And The Central Library Services (Zbd); As Well As Provision Of Electronic Magazines, - Subscription Management Including The Associated Procurement Processes (This Includes, Among Other Things, Complaint Management And The Processing Of Repeat Orders For Individual Issues And Special Issues) In Accordance With The Overview Of Required Subscriptions (Appendix) From The Specified Times. The Contractor Must Maintain And Operate An Online Portal For Subscription Management And Ensure During The Contract Term That The Portal Is Up To Date With The Latest Technology And Applicable Law.
