The Subject Of The Public Contract Is: • The Demolition Of The Office Building And A Large Part Of The Existing Cultural Hall (With The Exception Of The Backstage), • The Reconstruction Of The Remaining Parts Of The Cultural Hall, • The Addition Of New Volumes Of The Cultural Hall And The Connecting Part With The Former Hotel, • The Change Of Purpose Of The Former Hotel Šanpier Into A Health Center, • The Merging Of All These Interventions Into A Single Facility, Which Will Include: O A Renovated Cultural Hall (Including The Stage, Tribunes, Small Hall, Technical Premises), O The Medical Center (On The 1St And 2Nd Floors And The Attic Of The Former Hotel), O Accompanying Premises And Technical Infrastructure (Staircases, Elevators, Vestibules, Toilets, Etc.). In Addition To Construction Works, The Works Also Include Electrical Installations, Mechanical Installations, Security Systems, Stage Equipment And Exterior Arrangements.
