The Participant Proves His Compliance With The Set Requirement By Applying An Authorization Letter Or Other Equivalent Document Issued By The Manufacturer Or By His Official Representative In Bulgarian Or Accompanied By A Bulgarian Translation In His Technical Proposal. In Cases Where The Participant Presents A Letter Of Authorization From An Official Representative Of The Manufacturer (Or An Equivalent Document), The Offer Also Includes An Authorization Letter Issued By The Manufacturer (Or An Equivalent Document In Bulgarian Or Accompanied By A Translation Into Bulgarian), Which Authorizes The Official Representative Of The Manufacturer To Provide Authorization To Third Parties. *** Deadlines For Implementation Under Separate Item No. 1: The Deadline For Securing The Licenses Is Up To 10 Working Days, Counted From The Date Of Receipt Of A Written Notification Sent By The Contracting Authority To The Contractor For Secured Financing Under The Contract And Presentation By The Contractor Of The Specified Performance Guarantee, Subject To Compliance With The Terms Of The Draft Contract. The Term Of The Secured Right Of Use And Maintenance Should Be For A Period Of 36 Months, Counted From The Date Of Provision Or From The Date Of Registration In The Manufacturers Portal, Whichever Occurs First. *** The Performance Requirements Are Described In Detail In The Contracting Partys Technical Specification For The Specific Item - Appendix No. 1.1. *** Wherever In The Specified Requirements Of The Employer, Where There Is An Indication Of A Specific Model, Source, Process, Trademark, Patent, Type, Origin, Standard Or Production, Read And Understand Or Equivalent.
