The Subject Of The Investment Is The Creation Of A New, Functional And Communication Public Space Serving Residents And Passengers Of The Środa Powiatowa Railway And The Currently Constructed Municipal Ice Rink At Sportowa Street, As Well As Improving The Standard Of Roads And Public Areas Through New Hardening Of The Surface Around The Garage Complex At Olimpijska Street In Środa Wielkoposka. The Development Project Assumes The Revitalization Of The Neglected Area By Constructing New Platform Surfaces Made Of Concrete Pavement Tiles, Pedestrian Communication Made Of Paving Stones, Spaces Made Of Openwork Concrete Slabs, And Parking Spaces, Exits And Roads Made Of Asphalt. The Main Element Of The New Development Of The Area Are Assembly Works Related To Elements Of Small Architecture, Including Bus Shelters, Bicycle Shelters, Advertising Poles, Lighting Points, Balustrades, Benches, Railway And Platform Signs, A Camera And Planting Of Greenery, Creating An Attractive Place For Meetings, Relaxation And Tourist Traffic. In The Scope Of Reconstruction Of The Roads Of The Garage Complex At Ul. Olympic Street, Earthworks Should Be Performed, The Road Beds Should Be Filled With Crushed Aggregate With Slope Profiling, And A Leveling And Wearing Course Made Of Asphalt Mass Should Be Performed.
