The Subject Of The Task Is The Design And Development Of The Area At The Civil Registry Office In Stalowa Wola Within The Scope Of The Investment Task, Part Ix Entitled Adaptation To Climate Change Through The Development Of Green And Blue Infrastructure In The City Of Stalowa Wola In The Scope Of The Investment Titled Development Of The Area At The Civil Registry Office In Stalowa Wola, Taking Into Account Green And Blue Infrastructure As Part Of Project Funding: Task Co-Financed Under The Program: European Funds For Eastern Poland 2021-2027, Priority Fepw.02 Energy And Climate, Measure: Fepw.02.02 Adaptation To Climate Change, Project Type: I2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Titled: Development Of The Area At The Civil Registry Office In Stalowa Wola, Taking Into Account Green And Blue Infrastructure, Including The Design And Execution Of Construction Works In The Design And Build Formula, On The Plot No. 854/10, District 0003 Centrum, Located At Ul. Skoczyńskiego 12 In Stalowa Wola.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Development Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Including A Multi-Discipline Construction Design And An Executive Design Along With Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Bills Of Quantities And Cost Estimates, Obtaining All Required Administrative Decisions, Opinions, Arrangements And Technical Conditions, And Then Carrying Out Construction Works And Handing Over The Area For Use In Accordance With Applicable Law. 2) As Part Of The Construction Works, Preparatory And Demolition Works Are Expected To Be Carried Out, Including Securing The Area. Construction, Dismantling Of Existing Surfaces, Elements Of Small Architecture And Removal Of Conflicting And Unnecessary Vegetation, While Maintaining Trees And Shrubs Intended For Adaptation.3) The Scope Of Works Also Includes The Construction Of New Surfaces Of Hardened Pedestrian Routes, Along With Substructures, Edges And Finishing Elements, In Accordance With The Design Solutions.4) The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes The Implementation Of Elements Of Small Architecture, In Particular The Installation Of Benches, Waste Bins And Other Elements Of The Areas Equipment, As Well As The Construction Of A Garden Fountain Along With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure Operating In A Closed Circuit. 5) The Scope Of Works Also Includes The Construction Of Walls, Fences Or Decorative Walls Constituting Elements Of The Spatial Composition Of The Area. 6) An Integral Part Of The Order Is The Construction Of Green And Blue Infrastructure, Including A System For Capturing, Storing And Using Rainwater, Including A Retention Tank And A Drip Irrigation Installation Powered By Rainwater. 7) The Scope Also Includes Greenery Works, I.E. New Plantings Of Trees, Shrubs And Perennials, Establishment Of Green Areas, Mulching, Mulching Of Plots And Maintenance Of Greenery During The Warranty Period.8
