Sanitary And Central Heating Installations: - Disassembly Of The Existing Boiler And Expansion Vessel. - Delivery And Installation - Higher Standard Boiler (Wood Pellet Boiler) With A Capacity Of 40Kw - Delivery And Installation - Installation Of A New Central Heating System. Conditions Regarding The Execution Of The Works: 1) The Works Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Practices, 2) The Materials Used Will Correspond To Requirements Of Products Approved For Marketing And Use In Construction Within The Meaning Of Construction Law, 3) Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Tender Documentation, 4) The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Construction Works And Secure The Area Of Work In Such A Way That They Do Not Constitute A Threat To Third Parties, 5) During The Execution Of Works, The Place Of Work Must Be Kept In Good Order. Accompanying Works And Temporary Works Not Covered By The Design Documentation And Bill Of Quantities Necessary To Take Into Account: 1) Organization And Security Of The Construction Site, 2) Proper Storage And Protection Of Materials And Equipment, 3) Tidying Up The Area After Construction, 4) Liquidation Of The Construction Site And Any Other Work Necessary To Be Performed Due To The Quality Of Construction.
