The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Project Titled: Reconstruction Of District Road No. 1872K, Ul. Pocztowa In Jawiszowice. The Investment Includes The Renovation Of The Surface Of The District Road Ul. Pocztowa At Km 1+269 To Km 1+845 By Performing Profiling Milling With An Average Thickness Of 3 Cm And Laying Two New Layers Of Asphalt (4 Cm + 4 Cm) On A 576 M Long Road Section. The Last Layer Of Asphalt Should Be Applied Along The Entire Width Of The Road. Replacement Of Curbs On The Section From Km 1+725 To Km 1+845. Cutting The Roadsides To A Width Of 75 Cm, Including Desilting The Ditches And Re-Filling The Roadsides With Reclaimed Asphalt And Surface Consolidation With Asphalt Emulsion And Grit. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Works Are Specified In The Annexes To The Swz, I.E.: • Design Documentation, • Stwior, • Bill Of Quantities, • Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Included In The Content Of This Contract. The Ordering Party For The Tasks Which Are The Subject Of The Order, Reported Construction Works On February 9, 2026. The Contractor Is Obliged, Among Others, To: For:• Laying (Executing) An Abrasive Bituminous Layer Over The Entire Width Without A Technological Seam.• Carrying Out Works In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Taking Into Account All Arrangements With The Administrators Of Networks And Devices Existing In The Area Of Works Being Carried Out;• Securing The Construction Site, Including The Construction Facilities, At The Own Expense, In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety Regulations And Fire Protection Regulations;• Organizing, During The Works, Access Routes To Properties Located In The Area Of Works;• Notifications Owners Of Real Estate Affected By Interruptions In The Supply Of Electricity, Water, Gas And Others Caused By The Works Being Carried Out, At Least 3 Days Before The Planned Interruptions;• Preparing And Agreeing, At Their Own Expense, On A Traffic Management Project For The Duration Of Construction And On The Execution Of Works Resulting From This Project, Together With The Ongoing Maintenance Of The Signs And Their Removal After The Completion Of The Works; If Necessary, Temporary Detours And Access Routes Should Be Provided;• Ensuring, At Your Own Expense And Responsibility, The Following: Storage, Transport, Disposal: Materials From Demolitions, Dismantling, Felling And Waste;• Ensuring That The Construction And Works Are Managed By Persons With Appropriate Professional Qualifications And Authorizations To Carry Out Works, In Particular Specialties Consistent With The Subject Of The Order.
