1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Service Building (Village Community Center) With A Sports Field, Landscaping And The Necessary Field Infrastructure (I.E. Installations Of A Lower Heat Source, Water Heater, Sanitary Sewage System With An Underground Tank, Storm Sewage System With Underground Tanks) And Area Lighting In The Town Of Żurawiniec, Commune. Miękinia.2. The Construction Design For The Investment In Question Was Approved By The Decision Of The Starosta Of Średzki No. 473/2025 Of July 31, 20253. Construction Equipment Related To The Building: 1) Sanitary Sewage System With An Underground Septic Tank On A Plot V = 10 M3; 2) Rainwater Drainage System With A Reinforced Concrete Underground Retention Tank V = 40 M3; 3) Sewerage And Lighting Installation; 4) Installation Of A Lower Heat Source; 5) Parking Spaces In Front Of The Building; 6) Exit From Ul. Spokojna;7) Hardened Sidewalks;8) Hardened Waste Collection Site;9) Fencing Of The Waste Collection Site;10) Fence Of The Pitch With A Net (Ball Catcher 6M High);11) Pitch With Artificial Grass, Ball Catchers And A Drainage System.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation Constituting An Annex To Swz.5. Before Submitting An Offer, It Is Recommended To Perform A Site Visit In Order To Familiarize Yourself With The Area Intended For The Investment And To Properly Prepare And Calculate The Offer By The Contractor. Any On-Site Inspection Is Carried Out At The Contractors Expense.6. The Contractor Provides A Guarantee And Warranty For The Subject Of The Order. The Minimum Warranty Period Is Set At 60 Months. The Warranty Period Runs Concurrently With The Warranty Period. The Warranty (Warranty) Period Will Be Scored In Accordance With The Description Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria Contained In Chapter 17 Of The Tor
