1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development, In Accordance With Applicable Law And Standards, Of Design Documentation For The Task Called Development Of A Construction Design For The Expansion Of The Sewage Treatment Plant In Kornaciska Along With Obtaining A Building Permit And Investor Supervision. The Study Should Include All Necessary Arrangements And Annexes.2. The Person Preparing The Project Documentation Is Responsible For Preparing Water Law Reports, An Information Card, An Environmental Impact Report And Others (If Necessary). 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 10 To Swz.4. The Material Scope Of The Order Includes The Following Scope Of Planned Works For Design: A) Construction Of A New Biological Block Of The Sewage Treatment Plant With A Capacity Of Qdśr = 700 M3/D, Pe = 7875, Including: → Construction Of A New Biological Reactor Tank And Its Organization In Hybrid Flow Technology With Stationary Beds And A New High-Efficiency Aeration System. Communication On The Tank Top In The Form Of Stairs And Platforms;→ Construction Of A New Secondary Settling Tank With Its Equipment - Organized Inside The Reactor Ring;→ Construction Of A Sieve-Sand Trap Building For The New Sieve-Sand Trap And Technical Facilities;→ Construction Of A New Dry Pumping Station For Recirculated And Excess Sludge In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Biological Reactor - In The Sieve-Sand Trap Building;→ Equipping The Treatment Plant With A New Station Pix Located In The Sieve Filter Building; → Adaptation Of Existing Blowers To Supply Air To The New Biological Block And Zon And Zśd; → Decommissioning Of The Primary Tank (Older One From Before 2004), → Cleaning Of The Volume Of The Existing Reactor From 2018 And Organization Of A New Excess Sludge Tank (Zon) In It, Equipped With An Aeration System, And A Tank For Sewage Delivered To Zśd Along With Equipping It With An Aeration System (Need To Separate Two Volumes With A Reinforced Concrete Wall (Zśd Tank, Cover With A Ceiling), → After Cleaning The Reactor Volume From 2018, Make Necessary Repairs To The Concrete And Then Protect The Walls With A Protective Coating, E.G. In The Pcc System, B) In The Existing Technical Building Of The Sewage Treatment Plant: → Renovation And Expansion Of The Existing Technical Building Of The Sewage Treatment Plant (Renovation Facade, Replacement Of Windows And Doors, Reorganization Of Rooms Inside The Building);→ Expansion Of The Existing Technical Building With A New Room For The Sludge Press;C) Retrofitting The Treatment Plant With A New Catchment Station With Mechanical Treatment Of Incoming Sewage And Identification Of Carriers;D) Retrofitting The Treatment Plant With New Measurement Points And Implementing A Central Control System And Visualization Of The Operation Of The Treatment Plant As A Whole, Taking Into Account New Facilities;E) Reconstruction And/Or Construction Of Installations And Internal And External Technological Networks,
