Tenders are invited for Water Infrastructure Works in Chehime - Mount Lebanon. NRC funded by the KFW Development Bank is willing to assist in Empowering Old Chehime Through Sustainable Water Infrastructure and Improvement of Alleys and Public Spaces. How to apply HOW TO REQUEST TENDER DOCUMENTS: The complete tender dossier in the English language can be downloaded from NRC e-tendering website using the following Link: https://etbsystem.no/ClientTrans/Download?ID=w2RzoCJ5T5U%3d and before deadline to download the tender document that is on March 16, 2026 at 23:00 Any request for clarification must be received by NRC in writing via eTB link available also in the downloaded file 0_LINK TO UPLOAD BID.pdf before March 19, 2026, 23:00. NRC will reply to all registered bidders before March 25, 2026, 16:00. TENDER SUBMISSION: Please submit your bids in accordance with the requirements detailed below: NRC will follow the two envelop process for this procurement. Failure to comply with the submission instruction will lead to supplier disqualification immediately. Technical and Financial bids have to be uploaded in a separate designated field, otherwise you offer will be disqualified. Any bid received via email or merging both financial and technical documents in one folder, will be eliminated. No submission outside eTB is accepted. CLOSING DATE: Deadline for bids submission is March 31 ,2026 at 11:00 AM. eTB system will automatically close therefore all bids submitted after that date will be rejected.
