Local Time On Friday, March 20, 2026, For All Costs And Services Necessary For Hvac Air Filter Services. Proposals Submitted After The Date And Time Noted Above Will Not Be Opened. Contractors Shall Have Until 10:00 Am On March 16, 2026, To Make Any Inquiries. Answers To These Questions Will Be Responded To Via Email By March 17, 2026.A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting Will Be Held At The Maintenance Office At 645 Jefferson Hwy, Winder, Ga 30680, On March 10, 2026, At 10:00 A.M. Requests For Access To The Meeting Shall Be Made To Mr. Henriksen Via Email At Allen.Henriksen@Barrow.K12.Ga.Us Before 10:00 A.M. On March 9, 2026.The Contract, If Awarded, Will Be For A Period Of One Year With The Barrow County School System Having The Option Of Annual Extensions. Extension Will Be Based Upon The Satisfactory Performance By The Contractor And Availability Of General Maintenance Budget Funds.The Owner Reserves The Right To Reject Any Or All Proposals, And To Waive Technicalities And Informalities.
