The City Of Winder (Hereinafter Referred To As ¿The City¿) Requests Proposals From Qualified Firms For The Provisioning Of An Energy Savings Performance Contract. Pursuant To Ga Code: 50-37, The City Is Seeking Qualifications From Interested Energy Services Companies (Escos) Capable Of Providing A Comprehensive Solution That Will Reduce Energy And Operational Costs Across City Facilities. Information And Bidding Documents For The Project Can Be Obtained From The Georgia Procurement Registry (Gpr) Or The City Of Winder¿S Website At Www.Cityofwinder.Com.At A Minimum, The Esco Must Have Meet The Following Qualifications:¿ Licensed In The State Of Georgia¿ An Approved Esco By The Georgia Environmental Finance Authority¿ Holds An Esp Level Certification From The National Association Of Energy Services Companies (Naesco)¿ Successfully Implemented At Least Three (3) Energy Savings Performance Contracts For Georgia Municipalities Or Counties Within The Past Five (5) Years
