Medicine Hat College (The “College”) Is Seeking Expressions Of Interest (Eoi) From Qualified Organizations Interested In Establishing And Operating A Physiotherapy Clinic On The College’S Medicine Hat Campus. The Objective Of This Eoi Is To Identify Experienced Service Providers, Explore Partnership Models, And Gather Input That Will Inform A Possible Upcoming Request For Proposals (Rfp).Participation In This Eoi Is Not A Pre-Qualification Nor Does It Create Contractual Obligations. It Is Solely Intended To Understand Market Capacity, Interest, And Innovative Service Or Commercial Models.Medicine Hat College Serves A Diverse Population Of Students, Employees, And Community Members. Enhancing Health And Wellness Services On Campus—Including Improved Access To Physiotherapy—Is Aligned With The College’S Strategic Priorities To Support Student Success And Employee Well-Being.The College Is Assessing The Feasibility Of Providing Dedicated Space To An External Provider Under A Lease Or Service Partnership Model.The College Seeks Information On:• The Level Of Interest Among Potential Providers.• Providers’ Operational Capacity And Clinical Capabilities.• Potential Service Models, Including Scope Of Practice, Staffing Approach, And Hours Of Operation.• Commercial And Partnership Structures That Could Be Mutually Beneficial.• Space, Equipment, Or Infrastructure Considerations Identified By Industry.This Eoi May Lead To A Formal Tender (Rfp Or Rfq) At The College’S Sole Discretion.
