The Project Includes Complete Design And Execution As A Turnkey Contract (Ns 8407), Including Foundation Work, Support System, Building Body, Technical Installations (Plumbing, Electricity, Ventilation), Outdoor Work And Necessary Environmental And Climate Measures. The Building Must Support The Municipalitys Logistics, Emergency Preparedness And Operational Functions, And Must Be Designed In Accordance With The Building Code Guide For Vinstra Centre. The Contractor Must Deliver A Climate Plan With Measures For A Minimum 30% Reduction Of Emissions From Construction Site Operations.
