The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Supply Of Medical Equipment And Apparatus For The Needs Of Diagnostic And Consulting Center I - Dobrich Llc For Seven Separate Positions, As Follows: Separate Position No. 1: Equipment For The Imaging Sector - Device For Measuring Bone Density / Osteodensitometer Separate Item #2: Equipment For The Ag Sector - Colposcope Ag Separate Item #3: Equipment For The Ag Sector - Ag-Chair Dedicated Item #4: Equipment For The Ag Sector - Caress Flow Medical System For Therapy (Oxygen And Hyaluronic Acid) For Uro-Gynecological Problems Separate Position No. 5: Equipment For The Ent Sector - Apparatus For Examining Hearing /Audiometer/ Separate Item No. 6: Equipment For Surgical Septic Aspiration - Operating Table Separate Item No. 7: Equipment For The Imaging Sector - Digital X-Ray Cassettes With Regard To Specific Positions From #1 To #6, In Addition To Delivery, Installation, Commissioning And Warranty Service Of The Medical Equipment And Apparatus Should Also Be Carried Out. The Medical Apparatus And Equipment Offered Must Be New, Unused, Not Used For Demonstration Purposes, Be In Original Packaging And Meet The Minimum Technical Characteristics In The Technical Specifications, Or Have Better Parameters And Characteristics. The Participant Who Offers Equipment That Does Not Meet The Minimum Technical Characteristics In The Technical Specifications Or Does Not Have Better Parameters Than The Minimum Is Removed From Participation. 2. The Delivery And Installation Activities Of The Medical Equipment Should Be Carried Out According To The Requirements Of This Documentation. 3.1 The Term For The Delivery And Installation Of The Medical Equipment For Specific Positions From #1 To #6 Is One Month, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Public Procurement Contract. The Term For The Performance Of The Contract For Separate Items #1 To #6 Is Until The Expiration Of The Agreed Warranty Period For The Delivered Equipment, And The Warranty Period For The Delivered And Installed Equipment For Separate Items #1 To #6 Is 24 Months, Counted From The Handover Of The Medical Equipment. 3.2. The Term Of The Contract Under Separate Item No. 7 Is 12 Months, Counted From The Conclusion Of The Contract. After The Expiration Of The Period Under The Previous Sentence, The Contract Can Be Extended Until The Completion Of A New Procedure For The Award Of A Public Contract And The Conclusion Of A New Contract Based On A Unilateral Written Notification By The Contracting Party, But For No More Than 2 (Two) Months And Subject To The Total Agreed Value. According To Item No. 7, The Delivery Of The Equipment Will Be Carried Out Periodically, After A Request Has Been Made By The Contracting Authority Within 3 Calendar Days Of Its Receipt. The Costs Of The Delivery Are For The Account Of The Contractor. The Quantities In Separate Item No. 7 Are Estimated And The Employer Is Not Obliged To Purchase Them In Full, But Depend On His Needs And Financial Security.
