The Purpose Of This Rfp Is To Invite Proposals From Qualified Contractors For The Demolition Of Two (2) Buildings Located On City Land At 3550 And 3570 Bridge Street. These Are Unoccupied Municipal Buildings With Concrete, Concrete Block, Brick And Stucco. The Buildings Are Pre 1980 And Have Had Renovations Over The Years. The Project Is Expected To Be Completed By June 30, 2026.
